Two Brothers, Two Buildings, Two Companies
Same Great Service!
Harry Clark along with his wife Madeline ran a successful neighborhood plumbing company for years. After Harry passed away Madeline realized she was not ready to retire or sell the company. On top of her experience working with her husband, she came from a family of plumbers and worked with her father when growing up. She decided to take over the business herself, she applied and succeeded in become a California Licensed Plumbing Contractor. She was one of the first women in the state to hold this type of license.
In 1976 Mrs. Clark was finally ready to retire. She found Donald and Beverly Marshall, who had worked in the industry since 1952, to buy the company. Donald and Beverly continued the tradition of a local plumbing company specializing in service. They hired their youngest son Brad Marshall, a union trained Journeyman in 1985. By 1989 Donald and Beverly were ready to retire. They sold the company to there two sons Don and Brad Marshall. In 1994 Don and Brad bought a building at 3026 Broadway and moved the company from Piedmont Ave. In 2012 they bought another building 3040 Broadway. In 2020 they split the company into two, one Plumbing and Sewer and two heating and Air Conditioning. Today, two brothers, two building, two companies working side by side to provide our customers with best in products and services. Stay tuned for the next generation of owners.
